So our teenage son and I have been making our way south today, having woken up super early. We’ll be driving into Arizona and picking up eggs from an NPIP breeder a bit west of Phoenix.
Why do we do this?
We believe in genetic diversity and in strengthening our quail’s bloodlines, and have plans to be a resouce for reliable, healthy and large Celadon laying quail, here in the greater St. Louis area.
We’ve got an order in for English Whites, Jumbo Browns, and Scarlet/Red Range Celadon’s. It’ll be a long trip home but we are excited about this opportunity. Keep watching as we make our trip east. 🙂
